My internet browser on Xbox keeps refreshing my internet page without my consent whenever I try to scroll down the page.
The asshats at bethesda stuck a fucked up long running script of GIFs on the article I wanted to read but am unable as page autofreezes mere seconds after loading and refreshes the page, preventing me from just reading the stupid texts.
If someone can visit the article and copy paste it WithOut the GIFs, that would be awesome.

FALLOUT 76: INSIDE THE VAULT – UPCOMING COMBAT IMPROVEMENTS
Welcome back to Inside the Vault! Patch 10 is on its way to Fallout 76 in June and we’re setting our sights on making a few improvements to your in-game combat experiences. Read on to catch a preview of the adjustments you can expect to see in our next update.
PATCH 10 COMBAT IMPROVEMENTS
Fallout76 Mire Banner 750x200

Some of the adjustments below will feel more impactful in-game than they seem when reading about them, so we’ve included a few “before and after” clips to better illustrate a few of the differences. Once Patch 10 arrives, we hope you will find these changes offer more flexibility and responsiveness during combat when you’re fending off the many dangers of the Wasteland.
WHAT’S THE DAMAGE?
We’re adding a “Show Damage Numbers” setting to the display options menu that you can use to see exactly how much hurt you’re dishing out when your attacks hit an enemy. This setting can be toggled separately for Adventure and Survival modes and is turned off by default.
[snip]
KEEP YOUR WEAPONS DRAWN
Has a straggling Ghoul ever caught you by surprise while you were holstering or switching a weapon? Now, you can blast it back into the shadows without hesitation! In Patch 10, you will be able to cancel many weapons’ holstering and drawing animations by firing them.
[snip]
In addition, we’re removing the temporary reduction in look sensitivity that occurred after sprinting for players who use controllers. This should help combat on controllers feel more fluid and allow you to more easily line up a new target.
Finally, for those times when you need to make a hasty exit, but want to pick off one more pesky creature before you go, V.A.T.S. will now close immediately if one of your attacks scores a killing blow.
[snip]
TAKE AIM WITH CONFIDENCE
Sometimes, your reaction speed can mean the difference between looting an enemy and re-claiming your junk from a paper bag. We’re greatly reducing the time it takes to look down pistol iron sights and peer into weapon scopes for a better view of your targets.
[snip]
We’re also going to add targeting reticles to a number of weapons that didn’t previously have them when aiming down the sights in first-person perspective. This should help you make more shots count and spend less time adjusting your aim. Targeting reticles are being added for the following weapons:
  • Gatling Weapons (except Gatling Laser Guns),
  • Minigun
  • Broadsider
  • 50 Cal Machine Gun
  • Auto Grenade Launcher
  • Fat Man
  • Harpoon Gun
  • Paddle Ball (yes, even the Paddle Ball)
RUN AND GUN
Whether you need to make a tactical retreat, chase down a fleeing enemy, or take a more strategic position, being ready to run is critical to maneuvering on the battlefield. Going forward, you will be able to sprint immediately after firing ranged weapons, and can sprint to cancel reload animations.

FINE TUNE YOUR VIEW
Thanks to feedback we’ve received from many of you in the Fallout 76 community, we’re adding a couple of new settings to the Game Options Menu that will help you better customize how you view the world. First, we’re implementing support that will allow you to invert X-axis input. Next, whether you play with a controller or a mouse, you will now be able to adjust your horizontal and vertical look sensitivity settings independently from one another.
We hope you’ve enjoyed this sneak peek at our next update for Fallout 76. Keep an eye on Fallout.com to catch more details about Patch 10 as soon as they are announced.
JOIN US FOR E3 ON SUNDAY!
One more quick reminder before we head to Los Angeles for E3 2019: The fifth annual Bethesda E3 Showcase kicks off at 5:30 p.m. PT this Sunday, June 9. I hate how gaming these days has a permanent end life at the sole discretion of the developer, "games as a service" is a plague. Here is a very interesting youtube video on how its actually fraud. Even if you don't agree with it, it still is Art/Creative Experiences lost forever due to greed and/or negligence:

Games as a Service is Fraud
Oh, it's definitely fraud. The problem is there are so many people who don't care and buy into that shit anyway they could afford to tie anything up in litigation practically forever. This will be the new cash cow after loot boxes eventually get banned, and I fully expect to see a return to subscription based gaming, only this time it will be console/PC singleplayer games instead of MMOs.

We already kinda see it with the MS gas pass.....er, gamepass, but imagine that being just about everywhere. I doubt GOG will go that route, and Steam would probably leave it up to the publisher.

I have zero idea what the gameplay will be like but it's from the developers of Dishonored and Prey, so expect first-person gunplay with freaky powers to accompany it. I just want it to be at least half as cool as this trailer...

While the lack of gameplay footage is disheartening, the concept is something I've wanted to see game's play with before. The respawn mechanic, as a narrative device. This one is worth keeping an eye on.

It kinda gives off a grindhouse version of the old Spy vs Spy comics/cartoons vibe to me from the trailer...that's as cool sounding as it is crazy in my book!

At this point, I've decided that any game I'm interested in will be purchased a year or 2 later after they finish it. (And it's on sale...)
That, sadly, seems to be the best way to do it these days. In the age of "early access" trash that's still not finished years later with updates months apart that barely do anything, or just straight up get abandoned while still in an early alpha state.

A lot of the so called "AAA" games are no better with many of them being rushed to release way before they're ready and should still be in beta testing, and loaded with day one DLC bullshit with all the files included in the initial install. Fuck that, if I'm interested I'll think about picking up a GOTY edition with everything included when it's on sale.

...and hundreds $$ in skins.
THAT one I don't get. I loved Angry Joe on F-76's shop: "You want me to spend $25 on @Q#$$$$$$%^#$^ BLUE???" That should be free!!!" Ok, I completely understand the desire for customization, but I have no intention of spending any real money on decorations for anything that doesn't really exist.

I already gave (game dev/publisher) a few dozen dollars to purchase, why on earth would I give them any extra for a different wavelength in pixel output? It doesn't change any gameplay or give me any options. It's just a coat of paint.
